Our A/C unit has been nothing but problems. This is the 3rd time in the 17 months that we have lived here. And further lied to us as to why she couldn't refund the $. The contract language is ambiguous and unclear. If anyone is going to purchase a Highland home you want to make sure there will not be any changes on your end as you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT RETURNED!

When we did finally get a contract on our home, the Highland Home we were previously contracted for was still available for purchase.

A plumber found loads of drywall shoved down in the tub drain. Of course this company offered no apology for anything. Really upset that company isn’t responsible for installation of A/C unit. How could we prevent the pipes rubbing together due to vibration of the machine causing a hole to leak out coolant. My husband and I have called this house the Money Pit. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness.

Initially we were told the deposit was refundable. However I am happy to report that Dolly and Highland Homes refunded our earnest money deposit after they sold the Prosper home we were going to buy. Now that they are selling the home to another buyer and a higher price, we just want our deposit returned that is rightfully owed to us. We have explained all of this to the sales rep of Highland Homes in Prosper, and she has continued to refuse to return the money.

It has been uncovered that we have been lied to and deceived numerous times throughout this process. Highland Hills is a gated community with only 35 single family homes available and offering the conveniences of one of the fastest growing areas on Florida´s west coast.

The Hisense U7H is slightly brighter than this TCL 5-Series, but not by a lot. Also, I personally think the TCL 5-Series looks a bit cleaner and more refined for fast-moving sports.
