I want people to learn from our experience, so they won't be taken advantage as we were. I’m currently in the process of getting my new construction home build with Highland Homes. I chose to go with a new built in order to have reassurance and a sense of ease without worries that come with an already built & lived in home. To my dismay this is not what I have received so far. Though Grace has been amazing the workmanship & quality of the built is very poor.

When we did finally get a contract on our home, the Highland Home we were previously contracted for was still available for purchase.

The sprinklers spray into our front door which is not sealed properly, and now wood floor is warped at front. I along with many regret building with this company. You guys use cheap material and cheap contractors. I have worked with several builders over the years, and none of them come close to Highland Homes. Their staff from showing to contract to design center to building to closing to after-sale checkup are second to none! For the first time in my life, building a new home was a pleasurable experience.
